Responsibilities include building VCOM.COM's e-commerce engine, development of transaction processing and payment mechanisms, integration with strategic partners, building co-branded web sites, project management and coordination of technical activities.

Qualifications REQUIRED:

*	Solid working knowledge of Cold Fusion, ASP, JavaScript, HTML, and other web development tools
*	3-5 years web site development experience required
*	Ability to manage projects and a technical team
*	Candidate must be a dedicated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
